1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ABOU competition platform (“Website”) and your participation in any competitions, giveaways, prize draws or promotions hosted on it.

By entering any competition on this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Entry Rules

  • Entry is completed by purchasing a ticket through the Website.
  • Each paid entry is charged at the price stated on the relevant competition page.
  • Each valid entry receives one or more ticket numbers, depending on the number of entries purchased.
  • Entries are non-transferable.
  • Entrants must answer the skill-based question correctly to be eligible to enter the draw.
  • The promoter reserves the right to void entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted using false details, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical issues, payment issues or any other reason outside the promoter’s reasonable control.

5. Current Competition Prize Details

The prize for each competition will be stated on the relevant competition page.

For the current competition titled “2 Winners, €1,000 Cash Each”, the prize is:

Total Prize Value: €2,000

Cash prizes will be paid to the winners using a suitable payment method agreed between the promoter and each winner.

7. Winner Selection

  • If a competition is cancelled, the promoter may issue refunds for valid paid entries.
  • The promoter is not responsible for failed, delayed or incomplete payments caused by third-party payment providers, banks, technical issues or incorrect customer information.

10. Disqualification

ABOU Competitions LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information
  • Attempts to manipulate, interfere with or abuse the entry system
  • Attempts to enter using automated methods, bots or fraudulent means
  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • Is found to be ineligible
  • Fails to provide required proof of age, identity or eligibility when requested

11. Liability

  • ABOU Competitions LTD is not responsible for technical failures, website downtime, lost entries, delayed communications, payment provider issues or postal delays outside its reasonable control.
  • The promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  • The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense suffered by an entrant as a result of entering a competition, except where caused by the promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
